Terms of Use
By downloading or using ModGarage you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. What ModGarage does
ModGarage uses AI to render styles and parts onto a photo of your car. Results are illustrations, not engineering or fitment advice. Parts, colours and proportions in a generated image may differ from real products, and a generated image is not a guarantee that a modification is available, legal or safe for your vehicle.
2. Your content
- You keep all rights to the photos you add and the images the app generates from them.
- You confirm you have the right to use every photo you upload, and you will not upload photos of other people, licence plates you do not own the right to show, or unlawful content.
- You grant us and our AI provider the limited right to process your photo solely to produce the result you requested.
3. Premium subscription
- Generating images requires an active Premium subscription (weekly or yearly), purchased through the App Store. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- Premium includes a daily generation allowance shown in the app. The allowance exists to keep the service sustainable and may change; we will show the current number in the app.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
4. Fair use
Do not use ModGarage to create misleading, harmful or infringing content, to reverse engineer the app, or to overload or bypass its limits. We may suspend access for abuse.
5. Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove features, styles and parts, and we may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. The service depends on third-party providers and may be unavailable at times.
6. Disclaimer and liability
ModGarage is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of a generated image. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers keep any mandatory protections of their own country.
